Casa Vinho is listed on selected vacation rental sites, and you may well have arrived here having seen one of our listings such as Vrbo, Owners Direct, HomeAway, Tripadvisor Rentals and AirBnB.

Over the years we have personally used these sites many times to find holiday accommodation, but sadly many sites are being acquired by large travel corporates, which is driving up fees for both the property owner and the holidaymaker.  Our promise at Casa Vinho is that the best prices will always be available by booking direct, and these prices are reflected in our rate schedule below.  Our cancellation terms are also better if you book direct.

If you prefer to book via an intermediary, we respect that choice, but please be aware that the price you pay will be more to account for the additional transaction charges and commissions levied by the agent.

Direct booking rates for the 2023 season are as follows:

25-May to 21-Jun  £2,100

22-Jun to 23-Aug  £2,600

24-Aug to 20-Sep  £2,000

21-Sep to 13-Dec  £1,700

14-Dec to 03-Jan  £2,000

Pricing guidance

Prices are stated per week, and will be apportioned daily for stays extending across more than one price band and/or for more/less than 7 nights.  Pricing is based on a five night minimum stay, and payment by bank transfer.  Check-in and check-out times will be firm during peak times, but there may be flexibility off-peak or depending on our booking schedule. Prices exclude a modest damage deposit which is refundable and will be advised at the time of booking.
